The following master's thesis deals with the buildings' environmental sustainability. There have been found ways to build an energy-efficient building and the current evaluation system for the energetic and environmental sustainability has been applied to a project of a new residential building, with particular reference to the most significant Minimum Environmental Criteria, by using the EDILCLIMA software and its module EC701.
La presente tesi di laurea sviluppa il tema della sostenibilità ambientale degli edifici. Sono state individuate le strategie per realizzare un nuovo edificio residenziale caratterizzato da un basso impatto ambientale e un ridotto consumo energetico, infine è stata effettuata la verifica dei Criteri Ambientali Minimi maggiormente significativi mediante il modulo EC701 – Progetto e verifiche edificio-impianto del software EDILCLIMA.
