SCARTI LAPIDEI DI PIETRE ORNAMENTALI NELL'EDILIZIA

In the years we live in, we see how the world, not having unlimited resources, has environmental problems that consider, on a daily basis, the analysis of the industrial processes and waste that we introduce into our ecosystem, causing natural discomfort. The present thesis work has as its fundamental objective the classification, the characterization and the possible applications of stone waste from the processing of ornamental stones. The market of the latter has Italy as a leader, together with China and India, and therefore also has the attached management of the waste created. It is part of the debates on sawing sludge which, currently, have been cataloged as special non-hazardous waste but which can also be defined as "by-products" respecting certain parameters and with appropriate experimentation.

Negli anni che viviamo vediamo come il mondo, non avendo risorse illimitate, ha problemi ambientali che considerano in maniera quotidiana l'analisi dei processi industriali e dei rifiuti che immettiamo nel nostro ecosistema, provocando disagi naturali. Il presente lavoro di tesi ha come obiettivo fondamentale l'inquadramento, la caratterizzazione e le possibili applicazioni degli scarti lapidei di lavorazioni delle pietre ornamentali. Il mercato di quest'ultimo ha l'Italia come leader, assieme a Cina ed India, e quindi ha anche l'annessa gestione dei rifiuti creati. Si inserisce all’interno dei dibattiti dei fanghi di segagione che, attualmente, sono stati catalogati come rifiuti speciali non pericolosi ma che possono essere anche definiti "sottoprodotti" rispettando alcuni parametri e con le opportune sperimentazioni.
