In the last years, the European Union has encouraged the development of issues aimed at energy efficiency, in order to deal with environmental crisis. In the construction sector, despite the levels of total energy consumption have remained almost unchanged compared to 2019, there has been an increase in CO2 emissions up to 38%. The purpose of this study is analysing the energy behaviour of a housing development, located in Casamassima (BA), which has been converted into universities and offices. The thesis work involved the energy modeling of the building through the energy simulation software, Designbuilder. Following the building modeling , a series of simulations were carried out to examine the trends in energy consumption, using a monoparametric analysis of the building elements (walls, windows…), focusing also on shading systems. The final step included a detailed analysis of the optimized model and the energy efficiency achieved.

Abstract
The final step included a detailed analysis of the optimized model and the energy efficiency achieved.I documenti in UNITESI sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
