The first chapter of this thesis defines what is meant by healthcare system based on the Internet of Things, what are the most vulnerable areas, what have been the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic and what are the good rules to follow to protect the system. The second chapter describes the standards that must be respected in the design of this type of systems, especially as regards the management of sensitive data and the production of secure IoT medical devices. The third chapter describes the use case that was realized: a continuous patient monitoring platform, with Microsoft Azure. Subsequently, in the fourth chapter, we go into detail regarding the safety concepts of the use case. Finally, conclusions and bibliography.
