IL BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT PER LA TRASFORMAZIONE DIGITALE DEL SISTEMA PRODUTTIVO: IL CASO 3DM S.R.L.

The case study develops an as is analysis of the required bid process and the production process. Starting from the analysis as is, mapped both in BPMN and in EPC, a solution has been identified for improving the production process through the implementation of Beeatrix, a physical cyber system that allows to know the progress of each product made in the company . The 3DM S.r.l. is a small company of about 30 operators and has around a dozen CNC machines. The initial objective is to implement Beeatrix only on four machines: a cnc lathe, two cnc milling machines and a grinding in order to complete a work cycle and gradually develop technological knowledge. In conclusion, the indications and information on how to request the tax credit are defined.

Il caso studio sviluppa una analisi as is del processo richiesta d'offerta e del processo di produzione. Partendo dall'analisi as is, mappata sia in BPMN che in EPC, è stata individuata una soluzione di miglioramento del processo produttivo attraverso limplementazione di Beeatrix, un sistema cyber fisico che consente di conoscere lo stato di avanzamento di ogni prodotto realizzato in azienda. La 3DM S.r.l. è una piccola azienda di circa 30 operatori e conta all'incirca una decina di macchine a controllo numerico. Obiettivo iniziale è implementare Beeatrix solo su quattro macchine: un tornio cnc, due fresatrici cnc e una rettifica al fine di poter completare un ciclo di lavoro e poter sviluppare conoscenze tecnologiche in maniera graduale. A conclusione sono definite le indicazioni e le informazioni su come richiedere il credito di imposta.
