MODELLAZIONE BIM PER LA PROGETTAZIONE OPERATIVA

The present thesis work aims to identify the availability of solutions BIM specifications on the web for the national construction market Italian, in order to be able to cope with an operational project. Through the implementation of a simplified BIM process to which it has been subjected a project idea of ​​green building and once the project has been completed with BIM tools, any designer would find himself encountering the actual consistency between the specific technical solutions of the project executive and real solutions on the market. The case study, through in-depth research, describes the criticalities of this process and the degree of "maturity" found in the BIM stratigraphic solutions belonging to some companies in the sector.

Il presente lavoro di tesi mira a identificare la disponibilità di soluzioni specifiche BIM presenti sul web per il mercato dell’edilizia nazionale italiano, al fine di poter far fronte ad un progetto operativo. Attraverso la realizzazione di un processo BIM semplificato al quale è stata sottoposta un’idea progettuale di bioedilizia e una volta realizzato il progetto con strumenti BIM, un’eventuale progettista si ritroverebbe a riscontrare l’effettiva coerenza fra le soluzioni tecniche specifiche del progetto esecutivo e le soluzioni reali presenti sul mercato. Il caso di studio, mediante una ricerca approfondita, descrive le criticità di tale processo e il grado di “maturità” riscontrato delle soluzioni stratigrafiche BIM appartenenti ad alcune aziende nel settore.
