This degree thesis is part of the design of aids for users with visual impairments. In particular, the disability analyzed is low vision, a visual deficit that conditions the individual in carrying out the full performance of the activities of social, professional and individual life, limiting the full achievement of his aspirations and needs, heavily affecting the autonomy of the individual and their quality of life. The study has foundations in the creation of a support device capable of stimulating, guiding and helping the user with visual impairment in the aquatic psycho-motor training path: swimming. The project stems from the difficulties that subjects with low vision encounter in reference not only to cognitive activities above all but also to motor activities that influence their approach to sociality and their relationship with their body. The fundamental objective of the project is to treat the motor aspect of the user with visual impairment, improving physical and mental performance through movement, so that sport is considered comfortable and fun and not a classic mechanical rehabilitation.
