Business games are role-playing games that allow participants to tackle the problems that arise during the management of a business, problems that are repeated in a virtual market. The thesis presents, specifically, the management of the corporate functions of Administration and Finance and Research and Development and the results achieved.

I business game sono dei giochi di ruolo che consentono ai partecipanti di affrontare le problematiche che emergono durante la gestione di un'impresa, problematiche riproposte in un mercato virtuale. La tesi presenta, nello specifico, la gestione delle funzioni aziendali di Amministrazione e Finanza e di Ricerca e Sviluppo ed i risultati conseguiti.
