LA MEMORIA NEL DESIGN: STORIA, RICORDO E SIMBOLI

The research is based on the active recovery of collective memory, through the collection of direct and non-direct testimonies, through a comparison with individual memory The material culture is understood as a trace for the study and processing of cognitive processes and direct experiences of the world external through perceptions and sensations. The design theme consists in the recovery of memory, the most fallacious of all, oral memory, combining the meeting with the traditions and popular culture that have characterized us for centuries. Finally, we will analyze the reverse of the coin by identifying in the loss of memory a possible design experimentation to go and redevelop the territory through artifact.

La ricerca si basa sul recupero attivo della memoria collettiva, attraverso la raccolta di testimonianze dirette e non, tramite un confronto con la memoria individuale. La cultura materiale, viene intesa, come traccia per lo studio e la elaborazione dei processi cognitivi ed esperienze dirette del mondo esterno tramite le percezioni e sensazioni. Il tema progettuale consiste nel recupero della memoria, più fallace di tutte, la memoria orale unendo il ritrovo con le tradizioni e la cultura popolare che ci caratterizza da secoli. Infine, analizzeremo il rovescio della medaglia andando ad individuare nella perdita di memoria una possibile sperimentazione progettuale per andare a riqualificare il territorio tramite artefatto.
