UN NUOVO SISTEMA BASATO SU BLOCKCHAIN PER LA CATENA DI APPROVVIGIONAMENTO ALIMENTARE PER L'AGRICOLTURA BASATA SU IOT

Building a reliable blockchain-based system for food traceability throughout the food supply chain (from crops, monitored with IoT sensors, to supermarket shelves). The system is designed by leaf s.r.l.s., a young startup from Puglia. This work describes in detail the first/second half of the food supply chain highlighting the reasons for innovation compared to the state of the art in agriculture 4.0 and describing the methods of implementation in detail.

Costruire un sistema affidabile basato su blockchain per la tracciabilità di prodotti alimentari lungo tutta la filiera alimentare (dalle coltivazioni, monitorate con sensori IoT, agli scaffali dei supermercati). Il sistema è ideato da leaf s.r.l.s., una giovane startup pugliese. Questo lavoro descrive nel dettaglio la prima metà della filiera alimentare evidenziandone i motivi di innovazione rispetto allo stato dell'arte in materia agricoltura 4.0 e descrivendone i metodi di realizzazione nel dettaglio.
