This work analyzes the use of the DialogFlow platform for intent classification in Intent-Based Networking, with a particular focus on identifying malicious requests. The objective is to prevent harmful network configurations resulting from unauthorized requests. A virtual agent was developed, trained on a specific dataset, and tested to distinguish between legitimate and malicious requests. The results were compared with an approach based on the Rasa framework, highlighting the advantages and limitations of the two platforms in terms of security.

Abstract

This work analyzes the use of the DialogFlow platform for intent classification in Intent-Based Networking, with a particular focus on identifying malicious requests. The objective is to prevent harmful network configurations resulting from unauthorized requests. A virtual agent was developed, trained on a specific dataset, and tested to distinguish between legitimate and malicious requests. The results were compared with an approach based on the Rasa framework, highlighting the advantages and limitations of the two platforms in terms of security.

PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF INTENT PROFILING PLATFORMS
