Questo è stato possibile grazie all’ipotesi di diversi scenari. Infine, sono stati confrontati e discussi i risultati ottenuti dalle analisi svolte sul modello.

Abstract

For the design of bridge structures, reference is made to the loading trains proposed by the Technical Construction Standards; for road pavements, on the other hand, reference is made to the traffic spectrum of the Road Paving Catalog. The present thesis work aims to compare the two types of load. In particular, the thesis work is based on an ideal case study represented by a viaduct serving a secondary suburban road, built in 1981. With reference to the ideal bridge, in order to make the application as likely as possible, they are project and verification were carried out in accordance with the legislation in force at the time of construction. Subsequently, known geometric and mechanical characteristics, the model of the structure was generated on the CSiBridge software, in order to simulate the application of the expected loads for large structures and those given by commercial vehicles mentioned in the Catalog of Road Pavings. This was possible thanks to the hypothesis of different scenarios. Finally, the results obtained from the analyzes carried out on the model were compared and discussed.
