RI-GENERA E RI-ABITA L'EDILIZIA POPOLARE. IL CASO DEGLI EDIFICI A TORRE NEL QUARTIERE SAN PAOLO DI BARI

The thesis addresses the theme of the redevelopment of a public housing tower building in the "San Paolo" district of Bari. After a socio-demographic analysis of the area, the study focuses specifically on a tower building: from the survey of the state of fact, to the identification of critical issues, up to a proposal for the regeneration and redesign of the internal spaces of the residential complex building, to make them suitable for modern needs and standards, very different from the past due to contemporary demographic change.

La tesi di laurea affronta il tema della riqualificazione di un edificio a torre di edilizia popolare nel quartiere San Paolo di Bari. Dopo un'attenta analisi socio-demografica del territorio considerato, lo studio si concentra nello specifico su un edificio a torre: dal rilievo dello stato di fatto, all'individuazione delle criticità, fino a una proposta di rigenerazione e riprogettazione degli spazi interni dell'edificio del complesso residenziale, per renderli adeguati alle esigenze e agli standard moderni, molto diversi rispetto al passato a causa del cambiamento demografico contemporaneo.
