The following thesis explores how design can intervene in landscape contexts without altering their essence by adopting light and ephemeral approaches. Detailed analysis of the concept of landscape, through a categorization and study of its values and dimensions, was fundamental to the project. The goal of the research is to implement micro-actions and micro-objects that enhance the areas in which they are placed, while always respecting the environment. To achieve this, it was essential to map the areas of interest, carefully study the biodiversity present, and research relevant case studies to obtain concrete and consistent references. The main area of interest is Albania, particularly the Fier archipelago, a visit to which was crucial in understanding the specific needs of the area and identifying the most appropriate ways to improve it. Discussion with local students during the workshop allowed for greater attention to detail in the design of structures, walkways, bridges, and staging areas, always ensuring reversibility and replicability in other areas. This approach made it possible to create a pathway that promotes conscious and reasoned enjoyment of the landscape. In conclusion, this thesis proposes the enhancement of the natural landscape through interventions that respect and preserve the integrity of the environment, avoiding invasive modifications. The main objective is to strengthen the relationship between humans and the environment, promoting harmonious and sustainable coexistence. The strategies developed in the course of this research not only aim to aesthetically and functionally improve areas of interest, but also to raise awareness among local communities and visitors about the importance of landscape conservation. The strategies outlined offer an innovative model of landscape intervention that, if applied on a large scale, could revolutionize the management of nature areas, maximizing landscape values and contributing to a more sustainable and environmentally friendly future. Abstract
