This thesis workshop deals with a topic that is particularly avant-garde compared to the current moment of historical conjuncture and planetary emergency, where the international conflict at the center of Europe is a matter at the forefront of the agenda of current governments, especially regarding the energy independence theme. These issues require Western countries to reflect and make a greater effort to ensure a mix of energy supply sources, aimed at lowering the rate of primary fossil energy, and therefore at favoring a more thorough and rigorous energy transition process. Well in this scenario, as well as in the light of the Reports and the evolution of the national legislative / regulatory framework, regarding energy efficiency and performance, regarding the existing building landscape, and in consideration of the significant role of construction in achieving the objectives energy savings, every initiative aimed at channeling significant resources in this scenario from an economic point of view, has a significant social, economic and environmental value. In this context, improving energy efficiency levels in the construction sector is an absolute priority, achievable through the application of new policies and measures to support families, as well as through the strengthening of existing ones, aimed precisely at increasing the rate of energy requalification and renovation of the existing building stock. A significant step was implemented through the new internal policy of incentives and promotion of investments aimed at Energy Efficiency, renewable sources, which follows the Community objectives, the tools to support investments in the energy efficiency of the building stock have been implemented. The modus operandi of this joint laboratory (Thesis + Internship), therefore, is based on demonstrating why "It is possible to economize while respecting the environment", according to sustainability criteria and how the "Best energy is that which is not consumed. ". Then the thesis is addressed in a contextual scenario integrated with the internship laboratory, articulated as follows: - a first overview of the climatic causes and energy depletion, which over the years have led the various international communities to pay greater attention to the theme of "Energy Efficiency" of the existing building stock (according to statistics, the sector is more responsible in terms of consumption and emissions); - an analysis of the evolution and regulatory metamorphosis in this regard, aimed at increasingly encouraging these improvement policies; - an applicative exploration of the forms of facilitation provided in support of the "energy efficiency" policy, and therefore of the SuperBonus110 practice, through an in-depth study of the technical documents that demonstrate its operational effectiveness; - final evaluation of the benefits in terms of economic and environmental nature. which answers the question about the "Sustainability of national investment", or why it may be considered convenient (for businesses and families) to assume this risk, breaking down those cultural barriers that are still present, about the recognition of the potential inherent in such real estate investments, concurrently with the European guidelines on the subject.
