The thesis addresses the development and exploitation of Blue Energy and its impact on the territory. Blue Energy harnesses the salinity gradient between fresh and saltwater to produce clean energy. The thesis explores various techniques for extracting energy from seas and oceans, including national projects and prototypes, with a focus on OFF-SHORE and NEAR-SHORE technologies. Additionally, it analyzes the potential of floating wind farms and floating solar photovoltaic systems, evaluating their energy efficiency and environmental impact. Finally, the thesis examines triboelectric nanogenerators (TENG) as a technological advancement for harvesting Blue Energy and their marine environmental applications.

Abstract
The thesis addresses the development and exploitation of Blue Energy and its impact on the territory. Blue Energy harnesses the salinity gradient between fresh and saltwater to produce clean energy. The thesis explores various techniques for extracting energy from seas and oceans, including national projects and prototypes, with a focus on OFF-SHORE and NEAR-SHORE technologies. Additionally, it analyzes the potential of floating wind farms and floating solar photovoltaic systems, evaluating their energy efficiency and environmental impact. Finally, the thesis examines triboelectric nanogenerators (TENG) as a technological advancement for harvesting Blue Energy and their marine environmental applications.I documenti in UNITESI sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
