Nel seguente lavoro di tesi è stato effettuato uno studio per valutare i vantaggi e limitazioni economiche della tecnologia Industria 4.0 nel settore agroalimentare, nello specifico è stato analizzato un caso studio di un impianto di lavorazione ciliegie con implementazione di tecnologia di industria 4.0.
