DIGITAL TWIN PER IL VIRTUAL COMMISSIONING DI PROCESSI INDUSTRIALI

In industrial processes, the use of a simulation platform could be useful for virtual testing and commissioning of an automation system. It would allow to carry out some project activities in parallel allowing the reduction of the time and costs of commissioning the system in total safety. This thesis analyzes what has been implemented for the virtual commissioning of the automation system of a gas treatment plant.

Nei processi industriali l’uso di una piattaforma di simulazione può risultare utile ai fini dei test e della messa in servizio virtuale di un sistema d’automazione. Questo consentirebbe di condurre in parallelo alcune attività di progetto permettendo una riduzione dei tempi e dei costi di commissioning dell’impianto in completa sicurezza. In questo lavoro di tesi si analizzerà quanto implementato ai fini del virtual commissioning del sistema d’automazione di un impianto per il trattamento di gas.
