PROCESSO DI MANUTENZIONEI IN AMBITO AERONAUTICO

This thesis work deals with a vast and complex topic such as the management of a maintenance process in the aeronautical field with particular reference to the phases in which the in which the maintenance of the aircraft is tripartite and all that concerns it. The objective of this thesis is to expose my internship experience at Alidaunia Srl, an air navigation company established in Foggia on March 1, 1976. In particular my task was to make operational and optimize a maintenance process.

Il presente lavoro di tesi tratta un argomento vasto e complesso quale la gestione di un processo manutentivo in ambito aeronautico con particolare riferimento alle fasi in cui si tripartisce la manutenzione dell’aeromobile e tutto ciò che ne concerne. Questa scelta è basata sulle conoscenze personali del settore dell’aviazione civile, sulla reperibilità di informazioni e dati facilmente riscontrabili e sulle chiare dinamiche di mercato interne e esterne alla tipica azienda operante, poiché è attualmente in mio settore di occupazione lavorativa. L’obiettivo di questa tesi è esporre la mia esperienza di stage presso Alidaunia Srl, società di navigazione aerea costituita a Foggia il 1 marzo 1976. In particolare il mio compito è stato quello di rendere operativo e ottimizzare un processo di manutenzione.
