The thesis work deals with developing a sustainable mobility model that is adequately integrated with the company business, taking into consideration the Teleperformance Italia case. The paper starts with the preliminary analysis of the literature review and continues with the analysis of various case studies, to then conclude with the presentation of the business model for the company in question.
Il lavoro di tesi si occupa di sviluppare un modello di mobilità sostenibile che si integri adeguatamente al business aziendale, prendendo in considerazione il caso Teleperformance Italia. L'elaborato parte con l'analisi preliminare della review della letteratura e prosegue con l’analisi di diversi casi studio, per poi concludersi con la presentazione del business model per l'azienda in oggetto.
