Abstract
This thesis work is focused on the analysis, trade-offs and design of the first stages of a differential Optical Receiver (O-RX), including the Low Noise Amplifier (LNA), which is one of the most critical components in the overall chain, and the subsequent Variable Gain Amplifier (VGA) stages, implemented in 22nm Fully Deplated Silicon-On-Insulator (FDSOI) CMOS technology (GLOBAL FOUNDRIES 22-FDX), in order to support the maximum datarate of 112Gbps in NRZ modulation format.File in questo prodotto:
