L’EDILIZIA RESIDENZIALE POPOLARE A FOGGIA: ORDONA SUD, UN’OPPORTUNITÀ DI RIQUALIFICAZIONE DELL’ABITARE

The thesis addresses the issues affecting ARCA Capitanata's housing and evaluates the possibility of redevelopment along with a design component. Problems such as overcrowding, unpreparedness for post-Covid-19 pandemic needs, and the lack of integration spaces, as indicated by the use of the English term "Social Housing," are taken into consideration.

Nella tesi si tratta delle problematiche che affliggono gli alloggi dell'ARCA Capitanata e se ne valuta una riqualifica con annessa parte progettuale. Si tengono in considerazione problemi quali sovraffollamento, impreparazione alle esigenze in seguito alla pandemia di Covid 19 e la mancanza di spazi di integrazioni come da utilizzo del termine inglese "Social Housing".
