The European Union has proposed a new tool to combat the crisis by the Coronavirus: the Next Generation EU. The objective of this thesis has been to analyse the project contained within the recovery and resilience Plan written by Italy on January 12, 2021 and to study the project governance designed by Italy. Lastly, this Plan have been compared with the Plans of France, Spain and Germany.
L’Unione Europea per fronteggiare la crisi causata dal Coronavirus ha proposto un nuovo strumento: il Next Generation EU. L’obiettivo di questa tesi è stato quello di analizzare i progetti contenuti all’interno del Piano per la ripresa redatto dall’Italia il 12 gennaio 2021 e studiare il modello di gestione dei progetti ideato dall’Italia. Infine, è stato eseguito un breve confronto con i Piani previsti dalla Francia, dalla Spagna e dalla Germania.
