The thesis deals both with the "Minimum Environmental Criteria (MEC)" applyed to building sector and with the "Reference Practice UNI / PdR 13: 2019" application to a real case study that is a residential building. To the latter the “ITACA Puglia 2017 Protocol” was drawn up during the internship. A comparative evaluation between the tools was made, seeking the coherence of the real case study with the MEC Criteria.
La tesi affronta i criteri ambientali minimi (CAM) in edilizia e l’applicazione della “Prassi di riferimento UNI/PdR 13:2019” ad un edificio residenziale di cui in sede di tirocinio si è redatto il “Protocollo ITACA Puglia 2017”. Si è svolta una valutazione comparativa tra i due strumenti, ricercando la conformità dell’edificio progettato con i “CAM Edilizia”.
