In order to counter the effects of climate change, there are various international and national strategies that aim to obtain an increasingly resilient territory. Among the objectives to be achieved in the coming years is the zeroing of soil consumption and consequently of the virgin raw materials extracted, followed by a drastic reduction of emissions into the atmosphere. This is a fundamental objective for the construction sector, as it is constantly growing and requires new completely sustainable building complexes that meet the needs of a growing population. The objective of this study was to investigate the reconstruction interventions as they will become the only interventions that can be carried out in order to achieve the objectives set at a national level. In particular, a case study was reworked through the preliminary analysis of the selective demolition phase, followed by the reconstruction phase with the introduction of the dry stratified construction system which allows both to significantly reduce the environmental impact and the use of totally recyclable materials. To demonstrate the effective reduction of the environmental impact, the LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) analysis was carried out on the main components that make up the building structure, compared with the same components made with the traditional wet construction system, obtaining half the emissions released into the atmosphere throughout their life cycle. Future research could be aimed at creating completely reversible foundation systems that allow the subsequent renaturalization of the occupied soil.

Abstract
Future research could be aimed at creating completely reversible foundation systems that allow the subsequent renaturalization of the occupied soil.I documenti in UNITESI sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
