The basis of this thesis is the analysis of the phenomenon of Smart Working within the Italian socio-economic context. The goal is to provide an analysis stratified by Smart Working by gender, age, educational qualification and profession of the empirical survey conducted at national level by the research group Strategic and Organizational Studies of the Polytechnic of Bari.
Alla base del presente elaborato vi è l’analisi del fenomeno dello Smart Working all’interno del contesto socio economico italiano. L’obiettivo è fornire un’analisi stratificata dello Smart Working per genere, età , titolo di studio e professione dell' indagine empirica condotta a livello nazionale dal gruppo di ricerca Studi Strategici e Organizzativi del Politecnico di Bari.
