Starting from the historical reconstruction of the urbanistic development of Monopoli, the attention has been focused on the real estate enhancement of buildings in the old town, recognizing the potentialities and criticalities especially in relation to the extraordinary growth of the tourism phenomenon.

Partendo dalla ricostruzione storica dell'evoluzione urbanistica di Monopoli,si è posta l'attenzione sulla valorizzazione immobiliare degli edifici ricadenti nella parte antica della città, individuandone le potenzialità e le criticità soprattutto in relazione alla straordinaria espansione del fenomeno turistico.
