PROGETTO DI IMPLEMENTAZIONE DI SAP PER UNA SUPPLY CHAIN INTEGRATA

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the benefits derived from the use of SAP, both for individual companies within the supply chain and for the entire chain itself. The main objective is to demonstrate the effectiveness of an investment in SAP for a specific company through an investment analysis that highlights the associated benefits and costs. Through a case study, it also aims to demonstrate how SAP enables effective connection among the various actors involved in the supply chain, highlighting the advantages derived from this integration.

Lo scopo di questo elaborato è analizzare i vantaggi derivanti dall'utilizzo di SAP sia per le singole aziende all'interno della supply chain, sia per l'intera catena stessa. L'obiettivo principale è dimostrare l'efficacia di un investimento in SAP per un'azienda specifica attraverso un'analisi di investimento che evidenzi i benefici e i costi correlati. Attraverso un caso studio, si intende inoltre dimostrare come SAP faciliti una connessione efficace tra i vari attori coinvolti nella supply chain, mettendo in luce i vantaggi derivanti da questa integrazione.
