PROGETTAZIONE E PROGRAMMAZIONE DI UN'ISOLA ROBOTIZZATA: CELLA ASSEMBLA PALLET

The thesis describes the design phases and the software programming of an automatic station equipped with a robotic arm dedicated to the construction of a pallet starting from the single wooden planks, this station is interconnected to the Smart Factory built in the company where I work. The company is described, an overview of the Smart Factory and of the general project to which it belongs, the mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and software design from the point of view of the SCADA system and the Robot.

La tesi descrive le fasi di progettazione e la programmazione software di una stazione automatica dotata di un braccio robotico dedita alla costruzione di un pallet a partire dalle singole tavole in legno, questa stazione è interconnessa alla Smart Factory realizzata nell'azienda in cui lavoro. Vengono descritti l'azienda, una panoramica sulla Smart Factory e del progetto generale di cui fa parte, la progettazione meccanica,elettrica idraulica e software dal punto di vista del sistema SCADA e del Robot.
