Abstract
Offshore wind development requires highly specialized port infrastructure to handle and assemble exceptionally large components. This thesis analyzes the port logistics activities necessary to support new wind farms, exploring fundamental infrastructural requirements (quay capacity, laydown areas, draft depth) and the entire supply chain. By identifying the main operational bottlenecks, the study highlights how port upgrading is crucial not only for the technical feasibility of the projects but also as a driver of local economic development.I documenti in UNITESI sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
