This thesis introduces an innovative approach for real-time recognition and analysis of inverters in an applied context. Leveraging neural networks, specifically the YOLOv5 model, the system extracts meaningful information from video frames, accurately identifying the position of inverters within the scene. The processing workflow includes video segmentation into individual frames, execution of two inference phases, cropping frames based on predictions, and subsequent analysis of results. Additionally, the implementation of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) allows for the extraction of specific information from inverters, further enriching the context of the analysis.

Abstract
This thesis introduces an innovative approach for real-time recognition and analysis of inverters in an applied context. Leveraging neural networks, specifically the YOLOv5 model, the system extracts meaningful information from video frames, accurately identifying the position of inverters within the scene. The processing workflow includes video segmentation into individual frames, execution of two inference phases, cropping frames based on predictions, and subsequent analysis of results. Additionally, the implementation of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) allows for the extraction of specific information from inverters, further enriching the context of the analysis.I documenti in UNITESI sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
