The thesis aims to understand the construct of sustainability in hospital enterprises and development in terms of strategies, management methods, initiatives and the push and inhibit factors. Specifically, the thesis revolves around the data obtained and analysed from the Ospedali Riuniti di Foggia to implement a sustainable development model in order to achieve the goals of Agenda 2030.
La tesi intende comprendere il costrutto della sostenibilità nelle aziende ospedaliere e lo sviluppo in termini di strategie, modalità di gestione, iniziative e i fattori di spinta e inibizione. Nello specifico la tesi ruota intorno ai dati ottenuti e analizzati degli Ospedali Riuniti di Foggia per implementare un modello di sviluppo sostenibile al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi dell’Agenda 2030.
