This thesis investigates the role of design within the biodynamic food production chain, interpreting the agricultural enterprise as a complex and interconnected system. Through the analysis of the Apulian territorial context, biodynamic agriculture principles and the different stages of the production chain, the research examines the relationship between agricultural practices, production processes and design choices. Particular attention is given to packaging as a systemic, communicative and environmental device capable of translating the ethical and regenerative values of biodynamic farming into coherent design solutions. The study integrates case studies, comparative analyses and design reflections, highlighting the potential of design as a mediator between sustainability, territory and conscious consumption.

Abstract
This thesis investigates the role of design within the biodynamic food production chain, interpreting the agricultural enterprise as a complex and interconnected system. Through the analysis of the Apulian territorial context, biodynamic agriculture principles and the different stages of the production chain, the research examines the relationship between agricultural practices, production processes and design choices. Particular attention is given to packaging as a systemic, communicative and environmental device capable of translating the ethical and regenerative values of biodynamic farming into coherent design solutions. The study integrates case studies, comparative analyses and design reflections, highlighting the potential of design as a mediator between sustainability, territory and conscious consumption.I documenti in UNITESI sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
