The present thesis work, carried out at the company BAWER s.p.a. - in headquarters z.i. Jesce 75100 Matera, described the design study of one DIN (Dutch) steel shelf story that each of its shelves succeeds in bear a load of about 3000 N. The study started analyzing, through a FEM analysis study on metal laminates for shelves, a shelf prototype previously made in the company. The analysis is was created with the Solidworks software that highlighted the inability of the shelf to withstand high loads by analyzing the various results of the static stress analysis (Von Mises), displacement and material deformation. To simplify the study we have restricted the field of analysis, taking into consideration only one shelf, with its uprights. The study continued by making try to project on the piece under examination, arriving at a prototype not yet implemented by the company. It is inserted, in contact, below of the shelf, of the "H" shaped spacers to support the shelf. In particular, the analyzes performed by both are presented shelving, with intermediate shelving prototypes up to the analysis of the final piece, and we will see which is the best design choice.
- in sede z.i.

Abstract
In particular, the analyzes performed by both are presented shelving, with intermediate shelving prototypes up to the analysis of the final piece, and we will see which is the best design choice.I documenti in UNITESI sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
