This work proposes the application of the ITACA Puglia 2023 Protocol, a multi-criteria tool for assessing the environmental sustainability of buildings, to the headquarters of the Public Prosecutor's Office of Trani, housed in Palazzo Torres, a 16th-century historical building subject to heritage protection by the Superintendency. After framing the subject within the European and Italian regulatory context, the study proceeds to build a systematic information base from scratch regarding the energy and environmental performance of the building, through direct inspections, on-site surveys, and calculations conducted according to the methodologies prescribed by the Protocol. The technical analysis is then integrated with an empirical survey of the User Experience, administering a structured questionnaire to the external users of the Public Prosecutor's Office, with the aim of comparing the measured performance with the perceived one.

Abstract
The technical analysis is then integrated with an empirical survey of the User Experience, administering a structured questionnaire to the external users of the Public Prosecutor's Office, with the aim of comparing the measured performance with the perceived one.I documenti in UNITESI sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
