This thesis concerns the structural redesign of the radiator support for the Poliba Corse Formula SAE single-seater. The work focused on finding the optimal positioning of the component to maximize airflow efficiency and heat exchange, while integrating lightweight and reliability requirements. The design of the fastening system was developed to ensure maximum structural stability, effectively counteracting the vibrations and inertial loads typical of track use. Using FEM finite element analysis, the mechanical strength of the support was verified, ensuring high safety standards and an optimized stiffness-to-mass ratio. The results confirm a technical solution superior to the previous one in terms of both fluid dynamic performance and dynamic integrity.

Abstract
This thesis concerns the structural redesign of the radiator support for the Poliba Corse Formula SAE single-seater. The work focused on finding the optimal positioning of the component to maximize airflow efficiency and heat exchange, while integrating lightweight and reliability requirements. The design of the fastening system was developed to ensure maximum structural stability, effectively counteracting the vibrations and inertial loads typical of track use. Using FEM finite element analysis, the mechanical strength of the support was verified, ensuring high safety standards and an optimized stiffness-to-mass ratio. The results confirm a technical solution superior to the previous one in terms of both fluid dynamic performance and dynamic integrity.I documenti in UNITESI sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
