ANALISI DELLA CAPACITA' DI MOVIMENTAZIONE DEL MAGAZZINO MATERIE PRIME NELLO STABILIMENTO BROSE DI SAN NICOLA DI MELFI

This thesis was drawn up during the internship at the Logistico office of Brose Melfi Automotive srl in the production facility of Melfi (PZ); The guideline followed during the course of the thesis is represented by the constant attempt to demonstrate through the concepts learned during the course of university studies, especially in industrial logistics, that the choices and strategies adopted in the industrial reality are close to the results Obtained by analytical methods and designing that flow system even in the maximum production capacity and considering whether or not new units are to be introduced for the handling of goods. In the present case, it was decided to concentrate and analyze supply logistics, that is, Incoming goods from its arrival at the plant until its stock allocation. The search for linkage and comparison between the theoretical and the practical aspects is reflected in the structure of the same thesis

Il presente lavoro di tesi è stato stilato durante lo stage presso l’ufficio Logistico dell’azienda Brose Melfi Automotive srl nello stabilimento produttivo di Melfi (PZ); la linea guida seguita durante lo svolgimento della tesi, è rappresentata dal tentativo costante di dimostrare tramite i concetti appresi durante il percorso di studi universitario, in particolare in logistica industriale, che le scelte e le strategie adottate nella realtà industriale siano vicine ai risultati da noi ottenuti con metodi analitici e progettare tale sistema di flussi anche nella massima capacità produttiva e considerare l’eventualità di introdurre o meno nuove unità per la movimentazione merce.Nel caso in esame, si è deciso di concentrarsi ed analizzare la logistica degli approvvigionamenti, ovvero la merce in entrata dal suo arrivo in stabilimento fino alla sua allocazione in magazzino. La ricerca del collegamento e del confronto tra gli aspetti teorici e quelli pratici si rispecchia nella struttura della stessa tesi
