The Social Internet of Things is a communication paradigm that allows a set of smart devices to create a social network and communicate without human intervention. The siot however has some problematic like the scalability of the net, problematic of trust between the various nodes and the vulnerability of the net to the external attacks. These issues can be solved by integrating blockchain technology into the system.

Il Social Internet of Things è un paradigma di comunicazione che permette ad un insieme di dispositivi intelligenti di creare una rete sociale e comunicare senza l’intervento umano. Il SIoT però ha delle problematiche come la scalabilità della rete, problematiche di fiducia tra i vari nodi e la vulnerabilità della rete agli attacchi esterni. Queste problematiche possono essere risolte grazie all’integrazione nel sistema la tecnologia Blockchain.
