The thesis aims to describe and analyse the concepts of Sustainability and Leadership oriented towards achieving the goals of the 2030 Agenda. In particular, the concept of Sustainable Leadership is explored, highlighting its advantages from an economic, social and environmental point of view, citing the AQP case study.
Il lavoro di tesi si propone di descrivere e analizzare i concetti di Sostenibilità e Leadership orientati al raggiungimento degli obiettivi dell'Agenda 2030. In particolare, viene approfondito il concetto di Leadership Sostenibile, evidenziandone i vantaggi dal punto di vista economico, sociale e ambientale citando il caso di studio di AQP.
