This thesis focuses on the development of a comprehensive simulation model for a race car equipped with an electric powertrain, as part of the activities carried out with the Poliba Corse Formula Student Team. Using Matlab/Simulink, a system was created to simulate the behavior of EMRAX 188 electric motors, their interaction with the battery pack, and the vehicle dynamics. The work involved modeling key subsystems, including the braking system, reference generation for the driver, and a simplified glider model of the vehicle. Special emphasis was placed on torque vectoring control and energy efficiency analysis, employing both real and theoretical parameters of the components. The results obtained allow for the evaluation of the vehicle's dynamic performance and energy consumption, providing a significant contribution to the development of the electric car for the Formula Student competition.
