The territory of the Subappennino Dauno is frequently affected by landslide phenomena, which often involve urban areas and cause damage to buildings and infrastructure. This thesis focuses on the Pianello district of the municipality of Bovino (FG), where a significant slope instability is present. Over the years, several landslide bodies—both primary and secondary—have been identified in the area. The geological context is dominated by the Faeto Flysch, a formation composed of alternating clayey layers and interbedded rock strata. The fine-grained matrix is highly fissured due to tectonic processes and contains numerous calcareous inclusions, while the rock levels are heavily fractured. Previous investigations have revealed generally low mechanical parameters, even at significant depths, along with high piezometric loads. The objective of this thesis is to analyze data from the "ApoGeo 2025" investigation campaign, carried out in the central part of the landslide basin. Three boreholes were drilled, and three undisturbed samples were collected and subjected to laboratory geotechnical testing. The results were compared with those from previous campaigns to evaluate potential changes in the physical and mechanical properties of the soils. The analyses confirm a marked heterogeneity of the materials while showing general consistency with previously observed variability ranges.

Abstract
The analyses confirm a marked heterogeneity of the materials while showing general consistency with previously observed variability ranges.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
