Analysis of the use of Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL) techniques to optimize resource management in next-generation mobile networks, with the goal of improving the Quality of Experience (QoE) for end users. The focus is specifically on Deep Q-Network (DQN) algorithms and its variants, such as DDQN and Dueling DQN, with an emphasis on integrating LSTM models to enhance decision-making capabilities in dynamic environments. Through comparative performance analysis, the efficiency and adaptability of these algorithms are evaluated in terms of improving service quality, reducing interference, and optimizing radio resource allocation.

Abstract
Analysis of the use of Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL) techniques to optimize resource management in next-generation mobile networks, with the goal of improving the Quality of Experience (QoE) for end users. The focus is specifically on Deep Q-Network (DQN) algorithms and its variants, such as DDQN and Dueling DQN, with an emphasis on integrating LSTM models to enhance decision-making capabilities in dynamic environments. Through comparative performance analysis, the efficiency and adaptability of these algorithms are evaluated in terms of improving service quality, reducing interference, and optimizing radio resource allocation.I documenti in UNITESI sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
