The aim of this thesis work is to identify guidelines to develop strategic solutions for integrated interventions for the school building stock recovery. In the face of the health emergency from Covid-19 which is also investing the school system, and with a view to adapting 3.0 of the schools, the research identifies solutions for new learning environments. Therefore, the investigation has as triple objective the structural safety, the energetic improvement and the functional adaptation, through the maximization of the actions and the sustainability that they work as conductor thread. The research involved the school G. Mazzini located in Minervino Murge, a type of school building that we could call as corridor, which shows limits and criticality in terms of structural, energy and functional. In the case study the choice of interventions checked on the construction of the seismic coat, insulation of the roof, replacement of the windows, installation of sunshades and design of new learning spaces characterized by flexibility, adaptability and multifunctionality with access to new technologies. The work demonstrates the optimization of costs through the drafting of the metric calculation, that is an advantage justified by the use of integrated interventions.

Abstract
The work demonstrates the optimization of costs through the drafting of the metric calculation, that is an advantage justified by the use of integrated interventions.I documenti in UNITESI sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
