MODELLO SPERIMENTALE PER LA PIANIFICAZIONE DEGLI INTERVENTI MANUTENTIVI: IL CASO IFM

Maintenance is critical for a production system, as it is a fundamental element for high productivity of machineries. For this reason, Isotta Fraschini Motori has decided to perfect its maintenance management processes through the creation of a customized digital management system. This thesis work includes the entire process that led to the creation and implementation of the Maintenance Management System for IFM: from the study of the theory of maintenance and information systems, through the analysis of the maintenance procedures in adoption in IFM, up to a complete and exhaustive description of the system created and its implementation.

La manutenzione è un'attività critica per un sistema produttivo, in quanto elemento fondamentale per una elevata produttività dei macchinari. Per questa ragione, l'Isotta Fraschini Motori ha deciso di perfezionare i propri processi di gestione della manutenzione attraverso la realizzazione di un sistema gestionale digitale appositamente customizzato. Il lavoro di tesi realizzato racchiude, dunque, tutto l'iter che ha portato alla realizzazione ed implementazione del Sistema di Gestione della Manutenzione per IFM: dallo studio della teoria di manutenzione e dei sistemi informativi, passando per l'analisi delle procedure manutentive adottate in IFM, fino ad una descrizione completa ed esaustiva del sistema realizzato e la sua implementazione.
