Abstract
The goal of the computer engineering branch of study, known as the software development process, is to guide all those involved in a project towards procedures and techniques that increase the chances of success of the project itself. According to a survey conducted in 2020 by The Standish Group, it is estimated that 19% of projects are cancelled before they are completed. Reasons for abandonment of software projects include poor user engagement, incomplete requirements and specifications, unclear goals, new technologies, and more. Modeling and defining functional requirements is a broad step in the software development process, and compliance with non-functional requirements has an impact on the long-term benefit of software. Therefore, predicting and evaluating non-functional requirements early in the process would ensure a high level of quality of the software system. This thesis work presents how the user interface of MoSAIC (a Middleware-induced Software ArchIteCture design Decision Support System) was realized, a decision support system in software development based on a Web-Based framework developed by Francesco Nocera, which aims to recommend, on the basis of a set of non-functional requirements, described by a Fuzzy logic, the smallest subset of architectural designs that best satisfies them for a predetermined "Family".I documenti in UNITESI sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
