Abstract

Climate change and the effectiveness of the city were the subject of an in-depth study of the best interventions and opportunities for mitigation and adaptation. The importance of numerically measuring and analyzing the answer to the question of whether it occurs is to eliminate errors and create projects to be executed: new tools are needed that also allow for the rapid realization of different scenarios. The thesis seeks to explore some applications of digital parametric models applied to all sustainable urban transformations. We take an excursion into the environmental problems of modern cities and the solutions offered by nature-based solutions, if we analyze almost all the studies from Madrid and Naples to illustrate the potential of the environmental parametric model. It ended with the testing of the software at the environmental studio in via Sparano, Bari.

SUSTAINABLE URBAN TRANSFORMATIONS: PARAMETRIC MODELING
