The success of a project is often linked to all those tools that are capable of interact between the designer and the decision-making process _ The transformations that an urban territory in a phase of territorial development is capable of obtaining, through new tools and technologies that favor the transition towards a more attentive society to the use of the soil, of resources for renewable use and oriented towards sustainable solutions from the point from an environmental point of view. Today more than ever, it is necessary to change the approaches and paradigms they have guided the urban and territorial development. The purpose of good planning and design consists in regulating the use of a territory, organizing human activities in the best possible way, in order to be able to give productive, economically sustainable development.

Una buona riuscita di un progetto è spesso legata a tutti quegli strumenti che sono in grado di interagire tra il progettista ed il processo decisionale _ Le trasformazioni che un territorio urbano in una fase di sviluppo territoriale è capace di ottenere, attraverso nuovi strumenti e tecnologie che favoriscono la transizione verso una società più attenta all’uso del suolo, delle risorse ad uso rinnovabile ed orientata verso soluzioni sostenibili dal punto di vista ambientale. Lo scopo di una buona pianificazione e progettazione consiste nel regolare l’utilizzo di un territorio, organizzando al meglio le attività umane, in modo da poter dare uno sviluppo produttivo, economicamente sostenibile.
