This thesis work analyzes the interaction of drones in logistics to understand how drones can revolutionize the world of delivery. Their use results in cost savings, reduced delivery times, reduced risks and air pollution. However, the use of drones has not yet developed on a large-scale due to certain technological and regulatory limitations.
