Abstract
The climate crisis requires a profound transformation of economic and production systems, making the role of human capital and green skills central in supporting the ecological transition. Despite the growing demand for sustainable competencies, a significant green skills gap persists between labor market needs and the supply provided by higher education. In this context, this study examines the relationship between the integration of “green” content in university curricula and the employment outcomes of graduates in Italy.I documenti in UNITESI sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
