MANUTENZIONE AUTONOMA DI RETTIFICATRICI INDUSTRIALI: IL CASO DANA GRAZIANO

The thesis deals with the topic on the development of an autonomous maintenance program for DANA GRAZIANO industrial grinding machines. Theoretical concepts on industrial maintenance are shown, with a focus on autonomous maintenance. These concepts are applied to the case in question through the tools and devices made available by the company. In the final phase, the results achieved and the resulting economic savings are shown.

La tesi tratta l'argomento sullo sviluppo di un programma di manutenzione autonoma per le rettificatrici industriali della DANA GRAZIANO. Vengono mostrati i concetti teorici sulla manutenzione industriale, con particolare attenzione per la manutenzione autonoma. Questi concetti vengono applicati al caso in esame attraverso i tools e i dispositivi messi a disposizione dall'azienda. In fase conclusiva vengono mostrati i risultati conseguiti e i risparmi economici che ne derivano.
